In 1999, I realized that we needed to upgrade our business software in order to run our operations more effectively and to support our growth. TBS provided us with a relatively low cost ERP package that proved to be just what we needed. Our operation has grown dramatically in the 12 years that we have had the software. There is no question in my mind that without the software, we would not have been able to achieve our sales growth. TBS has been there with us every step of the way. In fact, they provided us with much more than implementation and troubleshooting on the software itself; they provided us with workflow and inventory control consulting as well. Our operation was so finely tuned, that when we sought ISO 9001 certification in 2008, we passed with few modifications to our documentation or workflow processes. We have now grown in size and complexity and TBS has moved us to an even more powerful ERP system to support our next 10-15 years of growth. TBS was brought in to correct performance and dependability problems on our network. They installed a new server, and made network configuration changes that solved the problems we were experiencing. They provided both consulting and support for our legacy accounting software, consulting services in the selection and implementation of our new enterprise distribution software, and provided a Citrix solution tying together our New Jersey and Arizona operations. TBS has provided on-going software and network support. Due to the nature of our business, we are a seven-day-a-week operation. TBS has been able to meet our support needs seven days a week.
TBS is a lifesaver! Another company had tried to upgrade our accounting system without the proper intermediate upgrades. Took our entire network down. We limped along for another year and a half, looking for a company to do it right. Even though TBS is 3,000 miles away from our California location, they took us remotely through the necessary upgrades seamlessly, without ANY interruption in our normal business operations. I have been doing business with TBS for 19 years. Initially, TBS replaced all of our network equipment throughout our seven retail stores and the company headquarters. Since then, TBS has been the single source for our entire ERP / Accounting software and computer needs. Because our Point-of-Sale system needs to update our inventory records daily for each of our seven stores, it is imperative that our downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. I expect TBS to respond quickly to any technical problems in all of our locations. I have not been disappointed.
TBS upgraded our entire network and our financial, distribution and manufacturing software. I am very happy with the results. They also setup a virtual private network for us so that we have remote access to our network. TBS uses the VPN to provide technical support and ongoing training to our staff. This has resulted in very quick response times and has saved us money.
Over six years ago, I purchased a new financial, distribution and light manufacturing software package from TBS. At the same time, I purchased all new network equipment from them as well. They have provided Polystar with all of the necessary training on the financial, distribution and manufacturing software. Since that time, they have provided both consulting and technical network support.
